Suber, a dedicated student in the Construction Carpentry program, and Crowley, a talented Multimedia student, exemplify excellence in career and technical education. Their hard work, leadership, and commitment to their respective fields have earned them this distinguished recognition.
“We are incredibly proud of Susan and Kaiya for their dedication and achievements,” said Dr. Mark Covelle, Administrative Director at MBIT. “These two students represent the best career and technical education has to offer: technical skills, high quality academics, and incredible leadership. This recognition highlights their hard work and the high level of excellence that our students achieve in their career and technical education.”
The U.S. Presidential Scholarship is one of the highest honors for students in the nation, recognizing academic success, leadership, and contributions to their school and community. MBIT remains committed to providing students with opportunities to excel in both their educational and career pathways.
“This is such an honor to have been selected and it would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication from the staff at MBIT who have made this possible, along with those around me you have helped to shape me to be the person who I am today. Thank you to those who have made it possible for me to receive such an honor,” said Suber.
“It is an honor to be recognized among the state’s best career and technical students and to represent MBIT. I attribute the many opportunities I’ve had here to the incredible staff, teachers, and peers who have pushed me to expand my education,” said Crowley.
