Seven students from Council Rock High School South will get the unique opportunity to compete at the Zero Robotics international competition at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) next week. South’s “Rock Rovers” Zero Robotics Team must complete a challenge with SPHERES (Synchronized Position Hold Engage and Reorient Experimental Satellites). An astronaut on the International Space Station will conduct the championship competition that will broadcasted live from MIT. The “Rock Rovers” team will attend the ISS Finals on January 28th. Bets of luck to our out-of-this-world “Rock Rovers” team!
