Middle Bucks Institute of Technology Annual Open House on November 21st.

Middle Bucks Institute of Technology (MBIT), locat­ed at 2740 York Road (Route 263) in Jamison, PA, is host­ing its annu­al Open House on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This event will fea­ture two infor­ma­tion­al ses­sions for prospec­tive stu­dents and their fam­i­lies: the first ses­sion begins at 6:00 p.m. and the sec­ond at 7:00 p.m.

The high­light of the evening will be student-led demon­stra­tions across pro­gram areas, giv­ing atten­dees an in-depth look at MBIT’s offer­ings. A list­ing of each program’s activ­i­ties will be avail­able in the main lob­by to guide vis­i­tors through the labs. This Open House is a fan­tas­tic oppor­tu­ni­ty to meet fac­ul­ty, staff, and stu­dents, gain valu­able insights into var­i­ous careers, and explore MBIT’s cur­ricu­lum and work-based learn­ing options designed to build strong foun­da­tions for stu­dents’ career suc­cess. All prospec­tive stu­dents, par­ents, and com­mu­ni­ty mem­bers are wel­come to attend!

Middle Bucks Institute of Technology (MBIT) offers inno­v­a­tive, rig­or­ous, and high­ly rel­e­vant career and tech­ni­cal edu­ca­tion pro­grams designed to pre­pare high school stu­dents for a diverse array of high-wage, high-skill, and in-demand careers. With 21 career path­ways, MBIT’s pro­grams are tai­lored to equip stu­dents with the skills need­ed for Pennsylvania’s crit­i­cal indus­tries. Through hands-on, real-world train­ing, stu­dents have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to earn indus­try cer­ti­fi­ca­tions and post-secondary cred­its, giv­ing them a head start on their career paths. MBIT serves stu­dents in grades 10–12 from the Centennial, Central Bucks, Council Rock, and New Hope-Solebury School Districts.
