CHILDREN and YOUTH:
The Fab Lab Center is the hub for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) programs in Bucks County by offering children, educators, school administrators, businesses, and organizations a place to come together to engage in STEAM fun and innovation. This dedicated facility is a model STEAM learning space offering after school, weekend, and summer STEAM programs and activities for children and youth of all ages. The Fab Lab Center is only open to those who have registered for specific events and activities.
- After-school clubs will run for eight-week sessions, meeting for 60 minutes once each week. Engineering and Design, Coding and Robotics, Advanced Coding with Arduino, Community Service through Hydroponics, Making through Digital Fabrication, and much more!
- STEAM Saturdays are once a month and offer more-in depth learning opportunities, running for 2–3 hours.
- Family FUN Nights are being offered once a month and give the whole family a chance to explore, interact, and have a great time together at the Fab Lab Center.
- Summer Camp! The Fab Lab Center offers up to 8 weeks of summer camps — all with different themes and full of FUN! Stay tuned for all the fun to come next summer!

EDUCATORS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
The new Fab Lab Center will be a meeting and learning place for STEAM educators. The Bucks IU is dedicated to providing teachers and administrators with the access to knowledge and tools that will allow them to successfully drive student interest and advancement.
We educate the educator with programs that include coding, best practices in visual arts, math, science, teaching and learning, elementary engineering programs, and STEAM integration. The Bucks IU is a certified provider of Engineering is Elementary (EIE) Professional Development.
SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS:
The Fab Lab Center can accommodate up to 55 students for half- or full- day Field Trips. All field trips are custom designed based on the needs of the requesting school and are designed around a theme, featuring computer science, engineering, and/or digital fabrication. COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS and BUSINESSES:
For local organizations, businesses, and companies, the center offers programs for earning badges for clubs to team building/retreat-style workshops for businesses.
